Q1. How should chocolate be stored?

A1. In a cool (but not refrigerated), dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from strong odors (smoke, spices, moth balls, pine-scented cleaners, potpourri, etc.).

Q2. Can I freeze my chocolate?

A2. It is not recommended.

Q3. Why does my chocolate have a gray or white discoloration?

A3. This is called "fat bloom" caused by the separation of cocoa butter from the chocolate due to temperatures over 80⁰ F. It is still perfectly edible, but not as appealing to look at.

Q4. I have a nut allergy. Can I eat your candy?

A4. No

A6. We ship to most households and businesses the continental United States.
